PhoneCalc: Summary display

The summary display shows all the important statistics displayed within an easy-to-understand diagram of a simple call-centre. The average number of calls waiting is shown by a telephone symbol for each call or fraction of a call. The agent group is colour-coded to show the average number of agents busy, waiting, and so on. Arrows show the percentage of calls abandoned or answered. Other statistics of interest are displayed around the diagram. The lower half of the display contains the input panels.
