PhoneCalc: What-If charts

The chart shows shows the effect of varying one of the parameters of the scenario. One of several parameters may be chosen to be the variable parameter. the current value of the variable parameter corresponds to the middle of the horizontal axis, and the value is then varied above and below this value in a number of increments. One posible use of this is to demonstrate how sensitive the service-level is to a small number of agents not being present, or the importance of adherence.
